The highest authority of the NARKS - the Conference of the Association is composed of all its members. The Conference has the right to decide all matters of the Association, if not reserve the statutes in some other matter of right decision-making body of the association. The Bureau is a statutory body NARKS. Represents the Association towards third parties, and directs the activities of the association between conferences. The Bureau shall elect from among its members a President who is a representative and Vicepresident who substitute teh President in his absence. The president is the representative of the association between the Bureau meetings. The Bureau, President and Vice-President is elected for term of three years. The Supervisory Board is the controlling body of NARKS. Supervises the entire activity consists of three members elected by the Conference for a term of three years. The executive body is the General Secretary of NARKS.
The main task for the gradual fulfillment of program objectives NARKS is entrusted to commissions comprised of representatives from member companies. Activities of their work is the identification of collective interests in the area, the definition of objectives to be achieved and establishing the framework procedure.
The main tasks of the Legislative Commission NARKS include drafting of generally binding regulations governing the establishment and creation of Realtors Chamber and drafting legal opinions and comments on the submissions addressed to NARKS. Commission for internal relations of NARKS conducted negotiations on cooperation with professional organizations like NARKS and employers' organizations in Slovakia. It provides also negotiating with relevant government authorities at the ministries. Education Commission prepares model NARKS vocational education and training and seminars to ensure the high quality of expertise and information on current changes in the legislative - the economic field. Foreign NARKS Commission cooperates with foreign counterparts on a bilateral and multilateral level -
with the European Confederation of Real Estate CEI, the American National Association of Realtors (NAR), the American Foundation for the Development of the real estate market in Eastern Europe (EERPF), the Realtors Association of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.
Basic NARKS documents are CONSTITUTION and CODE OF ETHICS.
NARKS Constitution establishes all legal requirements NARKS activity. Defines the scope of activities, objectives, authorities and duties of the association, membership, rights and obligations of members, property management of association, a common and final establishments.
NARKS Code of Ethics governs relations between members NARKS to effectively serve the public and establish activity of Realtors as a respected profession. Acceptance of a code of ethics and compliance is one of conditions of NARKS membership. Only by accepting these conditions can be achieved a cooperation, training, recognition and effectiveness of NARKS.
