National Association of Real Estate Offices of Slovakia (NARKS) was formed by merger of two subjects - Association of Real Estate Offices of Slovakia (ARKS) registered on 01/12/1992 and the Union of Realtors of the Slovak Republic (ZRK SR) registered on 08/29/1992. NARKS registration was conducted at the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic on 12.3.1998. NARKS continues the tradition of two previous bodies such as the independent interest association of individuals and entities doing business in real estate. NARKS holds objectives, ideas and platforms of code of ethics and is governed by the applicable statutes.
